When you restart it and turn it back on, the same white text shows up. The way to fix it is by doing a hard reset and restore back to the previous OS on iTunes. To perform a hard reset for your iPhone, (see detailed instruction to perform a hard reset on iPhone) you would hold the home button and the wake/sleep button down until it shuts off. Keep holding it down even through start up (when the Apple logo appears).
