Anker 49.5W PowerDrive Speed

The Anker Car Charger is a dual-port adapter with a USB Type C 30W port for MacBooks and laptops. The other port is a USB Type-A 19.5W port for old iOS and Android devices. You can still use the 30W port to charge your iPhones or Androids though. The list of compatible devices officially includes MacBook Pro, iPad Pro, iPhones, Galaxy S10, etc. Anker Power Driver can charge almost anything that charges via USB A or USB C ports. The Power Delivery technology allows the 30W port to charge a MacBook 2016 from 0 to 100% in 2 hours and 30 minutes. Similarly, the USB-A port is laced with Anker’s own Power 2.0 tech which allows it to charge devices at full speed. The adapter is built to be compact and therefore has a size smaller than the length of a credit card. The Anker dual-port car charger also features Anker’s Multipotent safety system and full UL certification. This provides complete protection to your devices.

AUKEY 39W USB C PD Car Charger

AUKEY PD Car Charger is a 39W adapter with a 27W USB-C port and a normal USB 2.0 Port. The 27W is enough of power output to charge not only your smartphones and tablets but even USB-C based laptops such as the MacBook or Google Pixel. This USB-C PD Charger uses AUKEY’s proprietary AiPower Adaptive Charging Technology to change the power output as per the connected device’s requirements. Aukey PD charger supports USB 2.0 power delivery speeds with output up to [email protected] The list of devices officially listed for support includes the Google Pixel 2/XL, MacBook, iPhones, and Nintendo Switch. CHOETECH 36W USB C Car Charger

This CHOETECH Car charger is a 36W charger but it divides the output between an 18W USB C port and a USB A port. Unlike some wall chargers, each port is locked to a maximum output of 18W. This means you can only make use of the entire 36W output if you’re using both ports with devices that can draw out the max power. Choetech PD Car charger supports fast charging for a huge number of devices so long as you have the right cable. The device officially supports iPad Pro, iPhone, Galaxy, Pixel, Nintendo Switch, etc. Both the ports on this USB C PD car charger support Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. Thus, Android devices that support it can be charged up to 4 times faster than a traditional 18W charger. The various voltage outputs supported are 5V/2.4a, 9V/2a, 12V/1.5a.

ZEEHOO 36W USB C Car Charger

The two ports on the ZEEHOO car charger can both deliver rapid charging for 2 devices simultaneously, despite being powered by different tech. The USB C port uses the Power Delivery tech while the USB A port uses Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. Both the ports share the total 36W output equally among them, thus each port provides 18W power. This results in charging speeds that are up to 4 times faster than a standard USB charger. AS far as compatibility is concerned, the charger supports all kinds of USB powered devices including iPhones, iPads, Android phones, tablets, and laptops. Unlike most car chargers, this one also comes with a 3.3ft fast-charging USB Type-C cable featuring USB Type C connectors at both ends. The built-in intelligent protection protects your devices from over-current, over-charging and over-heating.

36W Dual Ports USB-C Car Charger

This 36W USB C charger by Dark Lightning promises high-speed charging for iPhone and Google Pixel 3/2/1 and XL. The company also claims that it can charge these devices up to 50% battery in 30 minutes. However, this requires a very small footprint and has a compact design. Dark Lightning car charger features both a USB C port and a USB A port with the same output capacities so the different ports are more of a convenience. Dark Lighting USB Car Charger should work with any device that charges via a USB port of any kind, just as long as you have the right cable for it. The Car PD charger includes all Android smartphones and tablets, iPhones and iPads, GPS units, Bluetooth accessories, Nintendo Switch, etc.

AUKEY USB C PD Car Charger 33W

This AUKEY Car charger comes with a 5V/3A USB C with a power delivery of 15W. There’s also a USB A port that delivers up to 18W of power bringing the total to 33W. This port is certified by Qualcomm for Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 up to 12V/1.5A. The Qualcomm Quick Charge technology allows your devices to charge up to 4 times faster than they traditionally would. Of course, this also requires that your device should have a supported Qualcomm chip too. The adapter is compatible with all USB powered devices including the MacBooks, iPads, iPhones, as well as Android smartphones, tablets, and other laptops. There are built-in safeguards to protect against excessive current, overheating, and overcharging.

Anker 30W USB C Car Charger

Anker promises reduced charging times for iPhones saving up to 1.5 hours compared to standard chargers. Of course, they don’t specify anything else about this vague claim. Anker’s multi protect safety system ensures that your devices are protected against excessive, heat, current, etc. The USB C port has a power output capacity of 18W, and the USB A port can deliver power at 12W. The charger is compatible with iPad Pro, iPhones, Pixel and all other USB powered devices.

Choetech 18W USB C 3 Port Car Charger

Need more than 2 ports? This CHOETECH USB-C charger has 3 of them. Despite the three ports though it is only an 18W charger so it can’t quite deliver the same amount of power as the other chargers on this list. The charger has passed through rigorous tests by the USB compliance standard. You don’t have to worry about damaging your device due to excessive current, heat, etc. Two of the available ports are USB-A ports while the other one is a USB-C port. Almost all USB powered devices are supported including but not limited to nearly all USB powered devices, like iPhone 11, Samsung Galaxy, LG, etc.

AUKEY USB C PD Car Charger 21W

This is only a 21W charger with a USB C and a USB A charging port despite the price being significantly more than some of the other options on this list. For the price, you get a maximum output of 5V/3A if both the ports are used together. It does support Power Delivery 3.0 and Quick Charge 3.0 out of the box. The USB – C port can provide all of the 21W promised but if you charge two devices at the same time, the maximum power output from a single port is limited to 17W. Which port delivers more power will depend on the device connected to it. Fast Charging is also not available in this scenario. Safeguards have been built-in to protect your devices against excessive current, overheating and overcharging.

Belkin USB-C Car Charger 15W

Every car charger on this list will require an additional cable for you to be able to charge your devices. It’s generally not a problem since you already have those cables if you’ve bought a device. But if you don’t, or you just don’t want to carry your cable around, the Belkin USB-C car charger comes with its own hardwired USB-C cable. The cable is 4ft/1.2m long. If your device doesn’t have a USB-C port, you can also plug in any cable you need to use in the single USB-A port that is also provided. This is a 15W charger and is, therefore, the weakest on this list. The charger is compatible with Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel 3, Nintendo Switch and any other USB powered devices. There are plenty of options to choose from, many from brands you’ve never heard of before. There are some great deals and prices as well. It’s natural that you may feel a little confused. The USB-C car chargers listed above can be used with any device that is capable of charging over a USB connection.
